Companionship Volunteers Needed! (North KC)

Become a companion, read a book, tell a story and make someone smile, if only for a little while.

Ascend Hospice is in need of volunteers to provide comfort and support to those in their community with terminally illness. Hospice training is provided by Ascend Hospice. Volunteer Opportunities Include:

• Companionship & Supportive Visits
• Support to Loved Ones
• Aromatherapy
• Alternative Therapies (Reiki & Massage)
• Pet Therapy
• Music
• Crafting Projects
