You Can Make A Difference for a Neighbor

I need you and four of your friends or co worker to become volunteers with your neighbors who are blind. It is really easy and you will learn a lot about blindness and about yourself. You know you have always wondered "how do they do it?" Well, now you can learn and help someone at the same time. Helping others is the key to happiness! You might even get to work with a person and their guide dog!

Requirements to be a great volunteer include:

• a desire to help others;

• a pleasant demeanor;

• a good reading/speaking voice;

• average reading skills;

• organizational or planning abilities;

• a good driving record;

• a clear criminal history;

• two references

• access to a car with proof of insurance;

• a minimum of $50/100k liability and $5,000 of property damage coverage.
