Can you spare an hour for an elderly hospice patient? CorsoCare Hospice is seeking compassionate, empathetic individuals who are willing to give their time and supportive presence by visiting hospice patients at Independence Village of Avon Lake.

Our volunteers share their time in many ways and may include reading to the patient, taking a walk, playing cards, watching TV, chatting or some other low-key activity the patient feels up to doing. Sometimes just sitting with them is enough.
