What You’ll Do:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies to promote events, programs, and organizational initiatives.
* Manage event promotions across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials.
* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event logistics and consistent messaging.
* Conduct market research and analyze audience engagement to optimize event attendance and impact.
* Create promotional content such as newsletters, flyers, and social media posts tailored to target audiences.
* Monitor and report on event performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement and future campaigns.
* Support on-site event management when needed, assisting with registration, setup, and attendee engagement.
* Ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all promotional materials and communications.
This is a volunteer position, ideal for students, creatives, or anyone looking to get involved in meaningful work while sharpening their marketing skills.
