Vice President

The Vice President plays a crucial leadership role in supporting the President/CEO and the overall mission of GoingIntoPiecesMovementInc. This position works closely with the President/CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives, oversee key programs or departments, and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders. The Vice President often serves as a key spokesperson and assumes presidential responsibilities in their absence.

The Vice President of Development leads the organization's fundraising efforts, including the cultivation of major donors, grant writing, annual campaigns, and special events. This position develops and implements a comprehensive development strategy to secure the financial resources necessary to support Going Into Pieces MovementInc's mission and growth.

Reports to:Typically the President/CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:Contributes to strategic planning and decision-making.

Program/Department Oversight: Manages specific areas of the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement:Builds relationships with donors, partners, community members, etc.

Financial Management:May have budget responsibilities.

Team Management:Supervises staff and/or volunteers.

Mission Alignment:Ensures all activities support the organization's mission.
