Our innovative programs equip migrants and refugees with the essential tools for integration, self-advocacy, and self-reliance. As a young and growing organization, we value creativity, independence, and meaningful results. If you thrive in flexible environments and enjoy making an impact, we'd love to have you mentor our passionate team.

- Collaboration: Work closely with our Development and Program teams, fostering a collaborative learning environment to integrate feedback effectively.

- Demonstrate excellent mentoring, coaching, or teaching abilities.
- Possess strong proposal review and strategic planning skills.
