The Opportunity:
CrowdDoing is seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive our mission. You will be a key player in designing, developing, and implementing software that empowers our global community and amplifies our impact.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
Create and maintain core feature sets, including search functionalities, security protocols, and user authentication (sign-on).
Develop and enhance our software toolkit to improve efficiency and collaboration across our global teams.
Contribute to the development and integration of AI-powered features and applications.
Build and maintain chatbot solutions to enhance communication, engagement, and support for our community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver exceptional results.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
Experience in developing and implementing search functionalities, security protocols, and user authentication systems.
Experience with AI and chatbot development is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating innovative solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, remote team.
