In-Person Volunteer Teacher with ASI

Join Art Sphere Inc's In-Person Teaching Team to share your creativity and inspire underserved youth in Philadelphia through movement, music, and visual expression.

What You'll Do:

• Teach one-hour in-person art classes at local schools and recreation centers (see image for in-person schedule)
• Write and implement your own lesson plans tailored to your art form
• Share your passion for the arts in a safe, engaging, and inclusive setting
• Prep materials and clean up as part of each class session
• Complete brief program surveys to help us measure impact

What We're Looking For:

• Experience or strong interest in teaching: visual arts, music, dance, drama, or writing
• Passion for youth development and arts-based learning
• Ability to volunteer for a minimum of 3 hours a week for at least 10 weeks
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and collaborate with site staff
• Reliable transportation to class sites across Philadelphia
