About this Opportunity
Catholic Hospice is a not-for-profit organization which provides compassionate care for the terminally ill and their families. We have been serving people of all faiths since 1988. Administrative Volunteers provide support to office personnel in the following departments: Accounts Payable, Clinical Teams, Community-Development, Education, Medical Records, Medical Supplies, Human Resources, etc. They perform various tasks such as filing, shredding documents, copying, preparing mailings, data entry, answering phones and overseeing the operations of the medical supply area (fulfilling supply requests, placing orders, receiving shipments and inventory control). Administrative Volunteer openings are available at our Broward office. Assignments are available between the hours of 9 to 4 on weekdays. A background check as well as a drug test will be conducted. Once an inquiry is received a Catholic Hospice staff member will reach out to you with further information and to discuss your interest.
