What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Coordinate a vibrant team of volunteers and students, sharing your passion for natural building and sustainable practices.
• Teach and Learn: Guide immersive workshops on natural construction techniques like cob, wattle & daub, and more, all while gaining hands-on training in innovative building methods.
• Organize Daily Tasks: Manage daily operations, ensuring that every task contributes to the collective journey towards regeneration.
• Live the Community Lifestyle: Embrace living in a supportive, eco-conscious community committed to transformation and growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A deep passion for natural building and environmental stewardship.
• Physical readiness for active, outdoor work 4 days a week.
• Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (or the enthusiasm to learn quickly).
• A readiness to dive into challenges and live in a purpose-driven community.
