This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop global expansion strategies to reach international markets
- Contribute to the development of policy proposals and advocacy strategies
- Organize events, workshops, and seminars to support the organization's efforts to enhance cross-cultural understanding
- Manage sponsorships with external vendors, stakeholders, and organizations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings every Tuesdays at 12:00 pm MDT
Qualifications:
- Any studies relating to international relations, global business, or other related fields is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Deep understanding of global issues, and international relations and development
- Experience in event planning and business development is an asset
