About this Opportunity
The Huntingtown Volunteer Fire Dept. and Rescue Squad (Calvert County, MD 20639) is an all volunteer department. We respond to over 3,000 calls a year (Mostly EMS) with 2 ambulances, 3 engines, heavy rescue squad, tanker and 2 brush trucks. The members have access to many benefits including LOSAP, County real estate tax credits, State Income Tax credits, tuition reimbursement, child care reimbursement, community discounts, and many more. We have a Cadet Program for students age 14+ and a Junior Program for students 16+. We sponsor several community based programs like Bingo, a Corvette Contest and the Christmas Santa Run.
