No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to all new recruits, ensuring that you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role. All we ask for is a willingness to learn, a commitment to teamwork, and a passion for helping others.

Willingness to attend monthly meetings: As a vital part of our team, we ask that all members attend monthly meetings to stay informed, engaged, and connected with fellow firefighters. Willingness to attend required training: Continuous training is essential to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety. We require all members to attend mandatory training sessions to hone their skills and stay current with the latest firefighting techniques and protocols. Residency within our area: To ensure timely response and availability during emergencies, we prefer candidates who reside within the vicinity of Wichita Mountain Estates.
