About this Opportunity
We match refugees ages 15-24 with mentors in the community to help them achieve their self-identified goals. Volunteer mentors will be advocates and support a young refugee navigating the resettlement process and challenges of adjusting to American culture. This program is a unique opportunity to provide much-needed stability, support, cultural instruction, and empowerment, all of which are vital for future self-sufficiency and productive citizenship. Commitment is 1 hour/week for 6 months.
