About this Opportunity
We are looking for Volunteer Providers that want to have an impact on the health of the community. LAFC is small non-profit with over 200 volunteers that provide medical care, advice and support to our patients who lack health insurance and whose income is below 250% of the federal poverty level. Volunteer Providers must have a current MD, APNP, or PA license in Wisconsin. Most volunteers are here 1 to 2 times a month for a total of 4 to 8 hours. For more info, contact Anna at 262-569-4990.
