About this Opportunity
MEP’s one-to-one tutoring for girls grades 2-12 is offered Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in either reading or math from 5:30-6:30 pm at 1450 Howard St in Detroit. If every week is not something you can commit to you can sign up to be a substitute tutor. New tutors must complete a background check and a few other onboarding steps and will receive training and there is no weekly prep work – you’ll be watching each lesson with your student, then offering guidance before they take end-of-unit tests.
