About this Opportunity
• Horse leaders have the responsibility of maintaining control of the horse and its actions, pace, and position during the riding lesson. Horse leaders listen and follow directions from the instructors. Some horse experience is necessary to start out as a horse leader. TEC does provide training for any volunteers who do not have prior horse experience but are interested in learning how to be a horse leader. Must be at least 14 years old.
