About this Opportunity
With over 400 facilities in San Mateo County, we rely on a team of volunteers to visit the facilities regularly to observe the environment and advocate for residents when there is an issue. The role of an Ombudsman Representative is to mediate, negotiate, and make sure the situation is resolved so that the elder is safe and well cared-for.
