Share your love for fitness by assisting members of our Adult Day Training program with exercise routines like yoga, stretching, and walking. Together, we can create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can stay active and healthy.
Commit just 1 hour per week and join us Monday through Friday, from 9am to 12pm or 12:30pm to 2:30pm in Green Cove Springs. Your dedication and enthusiasm will inspire others to embrace an active lifestyle and improve their overall well-being.
