WSU AmeriCorps: KanCare Ombudsman

The KanCare Ombudsman Office helps people who are having problems with KanCare and have not been able to get the problem resolved. The office serves KanCare members and applicants in fixing problems around their services, coverage, access and rights. We are a State agency, and this position is based out of the Wichita satellite office. Our services are free and we operate during business hours, M-F.
