SLACO¿s mission is to improve the quality of life for the residents and stakeholders of neighborhoods of the St. Louis region through community-based initiatives, citizen empowerment, and neighborhood organizing, and building the resiliency of its community organizations membership. SLACO has been existence for over 40 years and reaches as a representative over 33% of the residents of the City of St. Louis.
