The VISTA member will work to expand program opportunities, evaluate growing community needs.
Propose program enhancements to create efficiencies
Gather data, conduct marketing, and work toward ending community and agency silos.
Work with CACHDC, a subsidiary nonprofit of
CPSEMO
The VISTA member will explore new multi-family and single-family housing opportunities. This includes grants, partnerships, and fee-for-service opportunities.
Will assist with CPSEMO's newest Low-Income Housing Tax Credit property, Lindenwood Senior Apartments. Lindenwood Senior Apartments will serve older adults. Rehabilitation is set to begin in Fall 2021.
The VISTA member will attend monthly housing committee meetings and present any findings.
Work toward increasing housing committee
members.
Work with Neighborhood Development Specialist at CPSEMO to improve impoverished and underserved areas.
