Mosaic Miami VISTA Project

Mosaic Miami aims to strengthen community engagement, ensure robust non-electoral civic engagement, enhance educational opportunities, and promote mutual understanding throughout Miami-Dade County. The VISTA project will aim to increase Mosaic Miami's impact by evaluating and expanding its services' scale, reach, efficiency, and effectiveness while creating systems that enhance the organization's overall capacity. The project will benefit 1,250 individuals (250 directly and over 1,000 indirectly). The project will run from the summer of 2025 through June 2026. Its goal is to fortify Mosaic¿s ability to effectively serve youth, families, and community partners by collaboratively developing and implementing programs, processes, and strategic partnerships alongside Mosaic Miami¿s Senior Adviser.
