The Cycle Effect empowers young women, particularly Latina, BIPOC, and low-income individuals, through mountain biking and mentorship in Colorado. We provide bikes, gear, coaching, and support to remove barriers to participation, fostering physical wellness, mental health, leadership skills, and community engagement. Our goal is to build confidence, create brighter futures, and strengthen communities by teaching life lessons on and off the bike.
