25-26 Triangle Ultimate Youth Engagement VISTA

Triangle Ultimate organizes youth tournaments, camps, and clinics in the Triangle region of North Carolina. Our mission is to collaboratively build a community emphasizing accessibility, relationships, and engagement through learning, playing, and teaching the sport of Ultimate. We are a community of parents, players, and enthusiasts, among other things who share the same passion for ultimate and serving our community.

Triangle Ultimate runs over 90 different programs throughout the year. Over 50% of our 3,000+ participants are youth. We have strong partnerships with local youth-serving organizations, including YMCA¿s, Boys & Girls Clubs, and other local nonprofits and schools. We focus on building relationships and partnerships with organizations that serve low-income and underserved youth communities.

Youth Ultimate in the Triangle is exploding, and we are looking to expand our partnerships and opportunities to run entry-level youth programs. This position will play a powerful role in building up our entry-level programs and partnerships across the Triangle. As a Triangle Ultimate Youth Engagement VISTA, you will build the capacity of the organization by raising awareness and generating interest in our programs in new communities.

During the program, you will have the opportunity to gain skills through professional development, interact with passionate community leaders and coaches, and pursue additional coaching certifications and training through our partnerships. Triangle Ultimate also offers free leagues and programs to all of our team members.
