Boys & Girls Clubs of El Paso (BGCEP) provides high-quality afterschool, summer, teen, and young adult programs that support academic success, leadership development, healthy lifestyles, and career readiness for youth across El Paso.

The Internal Operations Specialist VISTA will help strengthen the organization¿s internal infrastructure by improving operational systems, attendance tracking, organizational processes, documentation systems, and program support resources. This role focuses on capacity building by helping create sustainable systems that improve organizational efficiency, consistency, and long-term effectiveness across BGCEP sites.

The VISTA will support operational coordination, data organization, reporting systems, and development of standardized resources and procedures that strengthen internal operations. This position is ideal for candidates interested in nonprofit operations, administration, organizational leadership, education systems, project management, or community impact work.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing systems and processes. Experience with spreadsheets, databases, operations, administration, or organizational support is preferred.

This role provides hands-on experience in nonprofit operations and organizational development while supporting programs that positively impact youth and families throughout the El Paso community.
