PennServe Community Resource Navigators

Assist individuals and families with accessing food, housing, mental health, and income resources. Walk individuals through completing service applications or sitting with them while they make calls. Meet with local food banks, financial literacy organizations, housing agencies, schools, CareerLink, and behavioral health services. Offer workshops on topics to improve economic opportunity. Collect data on enrollment dates, services requested, meeting dates, services accessed, and workshops hosted. School based ¿ serve students disengaged from school, experiencing a known hardship, accessing basic needs.
