Camp Valcrest Capacity, Data, & Resource Development VISTA

The AmeriCorps VISTA member will strengthen GOALS Camp Valcrest by expanding program resources, and creating systems that support long-term operational effectiveness. They will build structured activity guides and program models, develop tools for staff training and implementation, and establish processes for tracking participation, quality indicators, and program outcomes. The VISTA will enhance internal communication systems, support volunteer management infrastructure, and research partnership, funding, and in-kind resource opportunities that advance program capacity. Through these efforts, the member will build systems and resources that expand access for undeserved youth, increase organizational sustainability, and strengthen Camp Valcrest¿s ability to deliver safe, enriching, and developmentally supportive experiences over time.
