2025 - 2026 Outreach Clinic Associate

The Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (WAFCC) supports, strengthens, and advocates for the free and charitable clinics in WI, the patients they serve, and their community partners. The AmeriCorps member will increase their knowledge of public health needs by engaging in various activities related to patient outreach and education, follow-through in care, and patient retention in care.
