Health Center Training and Technical Assistance VISTA

The Health Center Training and Technical Assistance VISTA will support efforts to equip health centers to address the complex needs of residents of public housing. The VISTA position will work to address health barriers faced by residents of public housing, a population with disproportionately high rates of chronic illness, mental health challenges, and social barriers to care. The VISTA¿s work will contribute to NNCC¿s ability to build evidence-based curricula, coordinate learning collaboratives, support literature reviews, and strengthen evaluation efforts¿directly supporting priorities in access, patient experience, and population health.
