In this role, you will support the Prevention Network, a program of United Way of Northwest Vermont that brings people and organizations together to share information, build connections, collaborate, and explore opportunities focused on preventing substance misuse and promoting well-being.

Over a 12-month period, the Prevention Network convened more than 53 organizations to foster partnerships and dialogue around substance use prevention and health promotion across our region. During this same period, the Network subgranted over $600,000 to support efforts that reduce disparities in access to prevention resources, strengthen community building approaches, and address risk and protective factors for specific populations.
