Summer Associate - PHMC Health Network VISTA

PHMC Health Network is comprised of five Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) providing affordable, accessible, primary medical and behavioral health care and preventive services to the uninsured and underinsured patients in its service area. Access to health insurance is crucial for Health Network patients, as it helps ensure they have access to all the medications and specialty care they need to manage their complex health care needs. The PHMC Health Network is therefore seeking AmeriCorps VISTA Summer Associates to support patients and community members in maintaining access and reconnecting to public benefits and accessing preventive health screenings to achieve and maintain essential health care access.
