Boys & Girls Clubs of El Paso (BGCEP) provides high-quality afterschool, summer, teen, and young adult programs focused on academic success, leadership development, healthy lifestyles, workforce readiness, and career exploration. BGCEP serves youth and families across multiple communities in El Paso, with a strong focus on creating safe and supportive environments where young people can learn, grow, and succeed.

The Community Outreach Specialist VISTA will support the organization¿s long-term growth by strengthening community outreach systems, volunteer and mentor recruitment efforts, family engagement initiatives, and partnership development. This position will focus on capacity building by developing sustainable outreach strategies, improving community awareness, supporting enrollment growth, and increasing volunteer engagement across BGCEP programs.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, community-minded, and passionate about youth development. Strong communication, relationship-building, and social media skills are preferred. Experience with outreach, marketing, event coordination, volunteer management, or nonprofit work is a plus.
