Coach Across America (CAA) is a national nonprofit that engages, trains, and supports sports coaches to transform youth, programs, and communities.

The CAA Marketing VISTA will play a key role in strengthening the organization¿s marketing and communications infrastructure. Core responsibilities include developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement, creating a consistent and data-informed content pipeline that highlights program impact and incorporates current marketing trends, supporting marketing efforts tied to fundraising campaigns and events, and researching and engaging potential ambassadors and content creators to expand digital reach and visibility.

The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and interested in marketing, communications, or nonprofit work. Strong writing and communication skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and an interest in digital storytelling are important. Experience with content creation, graphic design, analytics, or marketing tools is a plus.
