A Safe Haven Foundation VISTA Leader

The VISTA will serve as part of an intra-agency team studying and refining A Safe Haven Foundation¿s model. The project is intended to identify and systematize best practices and update agency policies and procedures to reflect the most recent evidence-based recommendations for substance use social service care provision. This will allow ASHF to effectively scale its services and better serve homeless individuals in Chicago ¿ particularly those at high-risk for opioid addiction ¿ ultimately helping them transition out of poverty by creating greater access to treatment and other services.
