The Ann Arbor Public Schools serves over 18,000 students through 19 elementary schools, 2 K - 8 schools, 5 middle schools, 5 high schools, a preschool center, the A2 Virtual Academy, and the Rec & Ed Department that reaches people from birth to forever.

AAPS offers hands on project based learning through Project Lead the Way at every grade in every building. AAPS is the first pathway of schools in North America to offer the full International Baccalaureate education continuum that includes all four IB programs from PK - 12th grade.
