CareerSpring is a nationwide online networking and job placement platform for first generation and/or low income (FGLI) college students and graduates. Help lift students closer to their dreams by becoming a Career Advisor. Whether sharing interview tips , instilling confidence, or guiding a job search, Advisors are fully-remote volunteers that set their own schedule. We're looking for real world professionals that are enthusiastic about helping CareerSpring students who are willing to respond to students request to connect and passionate about sharing their professional experience.

To unlock the employment potential of first generation students by providing career information, social capital, and job placement services. CareerSpring is a non-profit (501c3) organization committed to helping first generation college students and high-quality employers realize mutual and maximal benefits through each other. To fulfill this commitment, we will partner with employers, community organizations, and schools who aspire to maintain the American dream for everyone, especially those young men and women who are the first in their families to attend college.
