Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners

Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP) is a human services nonprofit. Since 1979, we have served the cities of Hamel, Long Lake, Medicine Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth, and Wayzata.

Our mission is to strengthen our community by meeting basic needs and equipping individuals and families for ongoing stability.

We do this by deliveringintegrated servicesthat address the basic needs for food, shelter, and clothing, while also connecting individuals and families to strengthening services such as affordable housing, quality childcare, employment.

Interfaith lives out the values of collaboration, inclusion, and integrity.
