About this Opportunity
Volunteers will prepare, load and deliver grocery bags of needed items to homes on a designated route. A personal vehicle is required for this position. The Polack Food Bank operates a home-delivery program, providing healthy food and toiletries twice a month to community members unable to come to the Food Bank.
Volunteers make deliveries twice per month, on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Sundays. Grocery bags are assembled at the Food Bank either from 2pm - 3pm or 3pm - 4pm, after which volunteers make deliveries along their assigned route. Requested length of service: 3-month minimum commitment
