Phone Canvassers/Telemarketers Needed

Boys2Men Girls2Women is in need of experienced phone canvassers for our phone bank.  

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for non-profit programs?   Boys2Men Girls2Women is looking for dynamic and results-oriented phone canvassers to join our team! 

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to create interest in the general population and businesses using a script developed for this project.
• Present our program service description and mission in a compelling and informative way.
• Handle inquiries and objections with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate records in our database of phone call interactions and outcomes.
• Receive rewards and incentives for participation and reaching successful goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and marketing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
