Classroom Sponsors

Brief Organizational Description: 

Our mission is to support the neighbors of the East End and educate its students, equipping them to serve as positive contributors to their families, community, and society.

Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
Classroom sponsors work with the same class once per month. They bring an activity and spend time with the class while doing the activity together. Materials are provided by the volunteer for this opportunity.

Qualifications, Skills, & Requirements:
Background check required

Time Commitment:
Once per month from 4:30-6pm

Other Information (if applicable):

• Volunteer hours will be tracked through VolunteerMark
• Orientation is individually scheduled
• Comfortable and appropriate attire
• Parking is available along the street
• Please bring any materials that are needed with you and a bottle of water to stay hydrated
