Classroom Assistants

Brief Organizational Description: 

Our mission is to support the neighbors of the East End and educate its students, equipping them to serve as positive contributors to their families, community, and society.

Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
Classrooom Assistants are needed to work with a classroom once per week. They will serve as an extra set of hands for the teacher. 

Qualifications, Skills, & Requirements:
No skill or qualification requirement. Must be able to pass a background check.

Time Commitment:
Once per week from 4:30pm-6:00pm.

Other Information (if applicable):

• Volunteer hours will be verified on VolunteerMark
• Orientation is individually scheduled and lasts about 20 minutes
• Comfortable and appropriate attire
• Parking is located along the street
• Please bring a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated
