Join us as a Video Game Lounge Assistant and help create a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment where local teens can enjoy the latest games, regardless of their families’ financial situations. What You’ll Do:

• Host Video Game Tournaments: Organize and run exciting gaming tournaments, creating a thrilling and competitive atmosphere for teens to showcase their skills.
• Teach Gaming Skills: Help teens learn how to play new video games, offering tips and tricks to enhance their gaming experience.
• Promote Safe Gaming Practices: Educate teens on how to play video games safely, including managing screen time, understanding online safety, and recognizing the importance of balance in their lives.
• Update Gaming Systems: Keep our gaming lounge current by updating video game systems and software. Ensure all equipment is in top condition and ready for play.
• Make Recommendations: Stay on top of gaming trends and make recommendations for new games and systems to keep our selection fresh and exciting.
• Create a Welcoming Environment: Foster a warm and inclusive space where teens feel comfortable and valued, making it a go-to destination for fun and relaxation.

As a youth serving organization, we are obligated to follow the requirements of Senate Bill 506 before any volunteers can begin at the program.  The process is short and the program will cover all costs.
