Schedule: Flexible daytime hours | Monday–Thursday, 10 AM–3 PM
Ages: 16 and up

Are you someone who loves glitter, glue, good vibes, and getting creative? Do you enjoy working with teens and want to make a real impact through art, laughter, and connection?

Join Fairfield PAL’s Summer Creativity Crew as a Volunteer Craft Assistant and help teens explore fun, hands-on projects like:

• Tie-Dye Shirts & Tote Bags

• Summer Slime Labs

• Friendship Pin Workshops

• Custom Button Making

• Chill Bead Bars & Duct Tape Crafts
  …and whatever wild new project we dream up!

🧵 What You’ll Do:

• Prep materials (cut, pour, layout supplies) before workshops

• Help demonstrate steps and assist students in the process

• Keep craft tables clean, safe, and welcoming

• Encourage teens to express themselves creatively

• Take pride in the mess and magic that comes with making cool stuff!

✅ Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older

• Must enjoy working with youth in a patient, positive, and encouraging way

• Will need to complete a quick clearance process under California’s SB 506
  (Includes Mandated Reporter Training & DOJ background check – we’ll help!)

• No previous craft experience needed – just a good attitude!
