Framily 5K at Mill Ridge Park

Volunteer at the Framily 5K – Help Make It Happen!
 
Join us in making the Framily 5K a fun, safe, and successful event! We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to support a variety of essential roles before, during, and after the race.
 
Volunteer tasks include:

• Event setup and clean-up
• Registration and participant check-in
• Water station assistance
• Cheer squad and crowd engagement

 
Upon arrival, please check in at the Welcome Table to receive your role assignment and any necessary supplies.
 
The Framily 5K is held at Mill Ridge Park in Antioch, TN, during both the spring and fall seasons. 
 
What to Bring and Expect:

• Wear comfortable shoes suitable for grassy and uneven terrain
• Be prepared for sun exposure – sunscreen and will be provided
• Snacks, drinks, and restrooms are available on site
