2025 State Bowling Championship - Orlando

Special Olympics Florida is excited to be hosting the State Bowling Championships at Boardwalk Bowl in Orlando on September 12-13th!

Hundreds of athletes from across the state will be competing in this singles, doubles, and team tournament, and we need your help to make it a success. Special Olympics Florida relies almost exclusively on volunteers and cannot do what we do without you.

Volunteers will be assisting with the following tasks:

• Check in athletes for competition and direct them to their lane assignments.
• Serve as Lane Monitors, ensuring competition runs smoothly
• Distribute results between competition, competition HQ and awards locations.
• Assist with distributing lunch to volunteers and participants.
• Prepare and present awards to athletes following competition. 

No knowledge of bowling is required and all training will be provided on-site. Volunteers will receive a volunteer T-shirt as well as lunch during their shift. A record of community service hours can be provided upon request.
