Role Summary:
We are looking for a committed Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Volunteer to support the assessment and tracking of Parwarish programmes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social impact and has a keen eye for data and detail. The volunteer will assist in creating tools, gathering insights, and supporting documentation of programme outcomes to help us better understand and enhance our work with children and communities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and refinement of monitoring and evaluation tools for field and community-based programmes

Collect, organize, and analyze programme data from different intervention sites

Support in preparing programme reports, research summaries, and impact documentation

Maintain internal tracking systems and databases to capture real-time updates from the field

Coordinate with field teams and staff to ensure timely data collection and feedback
Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of data management and analysis using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Interest or background in social impact measurement, education, child rights, or development sector preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
