Summer of Service- Lighthouse Women & Children's Center

Each summer, YVC hosts two episodic service opportunities a week as part of our Summer of Service, giving youth the chance to show up, help out, and make a real impact.

LightHouse Women’s & Children’s Center provides temporary housing to women and children experiencing homelessness. Transitional housing guests are offered a length of stay up to six months and are given the opportunity to get back on their feet in a peaceful environment that offers privacy, dignity and security. 

Join us as we work with the children who are currently residing at the Lighthouse.

This opportunity is open to youth aged 11-18
