About this Opportunity

Assist our staff with responding to phone calls and greeting visitors to our office. There also may be assistance with administrative reports and related tasks. Required Screenings: All reception desk volunteers must complete a Missouri Family Care Safety Record (Worker Registration) form that our agency processes for $15 fee.  Volunteers also must obtain a combined City/County criminal background check, either from the St. Louis City Police Department  ($9 fee);  Monarch Immigrant Services ($15 fee); or online: https://www.slmpd.org/images/RequestforRecordCheck.pdf

Prefer someone with knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive. Desirable qualities include detail oriented, patience, dependability, and confidentiality to ensure HIPAA compliance. Good interpersonal and oral communication skills are essential for help with reception duties. On the job training provided, with questions encouraged for learning and productivity. 2-4 hour shifts,  Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm.
