Generation Impact - Mobile Market Event with Helping Harvest

Volunteers ages 18-24 are welcome to join this summer Moblie Market Volunteer Event on August 14th 12:15-3:00 pm at the Wernersville Old Train Station. 

In 2015, Helping Harvest began the Mobile Market Program in which low-income residents of Berks and Schuylkill Counties receive nutritious produce, dairy and meats. The Mobile Market sites provide food once a month year-round at 23 sites, 10 in Schuylkill County and 13 in Berks County. All food is distributed directly to our hungry neighbors by Helping Harvest staff and volunteers.

In 2023, the Mobile Market Program provided 1,758,386 pounds of healthy food to nourish families in need.
